DUM 2019 at a Glance

ISGF has been organizing Distribution Utility Meet (DUM) since 2017.The first edition of DUM in 2017 was hosted by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) in November 2017 in Bangalore and the second edition was hosted by Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (TPDDL) and Tata Power Mumbai Mumbai in Nov 2018. DUM 2018 was a huge success with participation of 35+ utilities from India. DUM provides a unified voice to influence and enable the DISCOM community to leverage each other's experiences for successful nationwide smart grid roll outs and to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Leading utilities from USA, Canada and Europe also participated in DUM 2018 and shared their experiences in implementing Smart Grid Technologies. Third edition of DUM 2019 will be held on 26 - 27 November 2019 in New Delhi and will be hosted by BRPL, BYPL, TPDDL and Tata Power Mumbai.

The workshop will include plenaries and breakout sessions. Invited international utilities and Knowledge Partners will present on select topics. Case studies and project experiences will be discussed in separate breakout sessions.Key challenges to Discoms will be compiled and circulated as workshop themes. Presentations and discussions will be around those themes.

Industry Participation

Limited number of exhibition booths of size 3 x 2 mtrs are available in the pre-function area on a paid basis to Indian and international companies and organizations. The exhibition booths will be sold on a first come - first served basis.
