    Career History
  • Abhishek has about two decades of experience in Power and Information Technology sectors in India. He started his career with Infosys Technologies Limited, an IT company based in India, where he worked on development of enterprise applications for a major US utility and a technology MNC.
  • Abhishek Ranjan is currently leading a team in the areas of Energy Efficiency & Demand Side Management, Renewable Integration and Rooftop Solar, grid level Energy Storage solutions, EV charging infrastructure, Power scheduling & demand forecasting and Energy Analytics at BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), New Delhi.
  • BRPL serves over 2.4 Million consumers over an area of 750 sq. Km in Southern and Western parts of national capital Territory of Delhi, India.
  • BRPL is agile to India’s climate change goals and has made concerted efforts to align its operation with nation’s goals through several green initiatives e.g. transition of its power portfolio with ~20% of renewable share in capacity terms, DSM & EE initiatives, promotion of grid connected DERs, other non-wired alternatives like grid level battery storage etc.
  • Launched community Rooftop Solar initiative (BRPL Solar City Initiative – focussed on residential sector) launched in Jan ’18. Over 800 RTS net-metered connection as on date (~ 27 MWp).
  • Behavioural Energy Efficiency Program covering over 2 Lakh residential consumers in progress in partnership with Oracle Utilities
  • Launched Student Awareness program (Energy Wise Energy Rise) focussed on Climate change, Pollution and its mitigation, RE integration and energy conservation, covering about 0.1 Million students of Delhi Govt. Schools in partnership with TERI
  • Undertaking several Energy conservation and efficiency programs for consumers including Efficient cooling and lighting solutions, solar powered energy efficient pumps (grid connected), non-wired alternatives for meeting peak demand e.g. grid level battery storage in license area and faster roll out of EV charging infrastructure for public fleet as well as private owners of EV.
  • Managing Day ahead and Intra-Day (real time) power scheduling for the license area while following cost-effective multi-source power procurement strategy. BRPL met ~3100 MW peak demand in 2018.
  • Effective Statistical Demand Forecast model development for accurate prediction of day ahead demand thereby ensuring prudent procurement strategies
  • In his earlier assignments, Abhishek has worked on Detailed Project Reports covering power project economics & financing/techno-commercial aspects, Power potential study, tariff analysis and financial closure of Hydro renewable projects in Indian Himalayan states of Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Chandan Chowdhury

Chandan Chowdhury is Associate Dean and a Practice Professor of Operations Management and Information Systems at the Indian School of Business (ISB). He is also the Executive Director leading the (1) Munjal Institute for Global Manufacturing and the (2) Punj-Lloyd Institute of Infrastructure Management at ISB. Professor Chandan did his MS in Mechanical Engineering and has doctorate from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (formerly known as the Technical University of Budapest). Professor Chandan has been the recipient of numerous awards and his special areas of interest are operations and manufacturing management, innovation and ‘Technology Enabled Business Transformation’ and smart and sustainable city. Prior to joining ISB, he served three top multinationals as Managing Director and Country Manager. He was CEO and Member Board of Directors at IFS-India (a 100% subsidiary of Industrial and Financial System, a Swedish Multinational, listed in Stockholm focussing on enterprise applications).

He was also the Country Manager at IBM-Software Group (Strategic Accounts). Prior to joining ISB, he served Dassault Systemes over 5 years, initially as a Managing Director-India and subsequently as Vice President-Global Affairs. Dassault Systemes is a European multinational operating from approximately 140 countries. He was also a Member, Board of Directors at Dassault Systemes-India. He has lead business transformation initiatives in many leading corporate both in government and private sectors. Professor Chandan has an excellent blend of academia and industry. During his last academic stint, he was a Professor, Dean (Academy), Chairman (Board of Research) and Member (Board of Governors) at NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering, established as a joint initiative between United Nations and Government of India in 1963). He is passionate about leveraging technology to make the world a better place to live in.













G. Ganesh Das

Dr. G. Ganesh Das is a PhD in the area of Strategic Marketing & Consumer Behavior from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, MBA and LLB from University of Delhi besides having an executive qualification on Export Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. His professional experience spans over 28 years’ in the area of Strategy Planning, business development, customer relationship management, process improvement, consulting, technology, across multifarious sectors such as power, automobiles, and consulting including international assignments. He has done significant researches in the areas of consumer behavior and strategy with papers written on the subject in international Journals. He has also co-authored a book ‘Aesthetics in Marketing’ published by Sage Publications, Los Angeles, London, New Delhi and Singapore.

He was the part of the global team involved in conceptualizing, development and enablement of “Smart Grid Maturity Model” (SGMM) whose rights now rests with Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Carnegie Mellon University (USA). One of his key areas of interest is looking at how changing technologies derives from and improves quality of consumer life with papers published in the areas of energy management technologies and strategies in the demand side management of energy. He has presented papers and participated in panel discussions in more than 20 international conference in relation to electricity distribution, energy and Smart Grid.

He is been with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) since 2005, and has held positions as Head of Consumer Accreditation Cell, Head of Strategy and Performance Management. Until recently he was heading Smart Grid Group and rolled out one of the country’s first Advanced Metering Infrastructure with Auto Demand Response Project and a comprehensive Smart Grid Technology Roadmap for TPDDL. He is presently Head of Strategy, Business Excellence & Collaborations including Digital & Business Intelligence Group.









KK Mishra

Sri KK Mishra is a career civil services officer of 2003 batch in IRTS. In his present assignment he has been a key architect in conceptualization, designing and implementation of major schemes of Ministry of Power viz Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojna – Saubhagya (energy access, household connection and last mile connectivity), Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojna – DDUGJY (strengthening and augmentation of sub-transmission and distribution network in rural area). Through these schemes India is targeting to achieve universal household electrification by March 2019. He had been a key in designing Integrated Power Development Scheme – IPDS (strengthening and augmentation of sub-transmission and distribution network in urban area) and National Smart Grid Mission – NSGM (Smart Grid initiatives in India) too. Government of India is investing more than Rs1.5 Lakh Crore through these schemes in the Power Distribution Sector across the country.

In his earlier assignments he has worked in Freight Operations, Terminal Management, Service Delivery, Public Relations under Ministry of Railways in Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, UP, Delhi and MP. He is recipient of Railway Minister’s National Award for Administration, the apex award of Ministry of Railways. He won first prize at Annual International Conference on Public Policy Hackathon at IIM Bangalore. His interests include Public Service Delivery, Infrastructure Development, Cross Functional Area of Infrastructure-Economic Development-Human Development & Gov 2.0. In 2015 Sri Mishra led a group of 51 to arduous Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. A veteran of many Marathons, now he is training from Triathlon: Swimming, Cycling & Running. Sri Mishra hold Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Economics and Public Policy from Pune University, Lucknow University and IIM Bangalore respectively. He has also attended programs at Syracuse University and University of California at Berkeley.







Markus Wypior

Markus Wypior has over 20 years of experience in project management, bilateral and multilateral development co-operation, policy advisory and strategic planning in telecommunications, energy, environment and climate change. He has a very good standing within the Indian stakeholder community and is often invited as a speaker or panelist.

At present he is responsible for the implementation of the Green Energy Corridor module within the Indo-German Energy Programme. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of experts in the field of large scale grid integration of renewable energy and provides advisory services to various stakeholders on forecasting, scheduling, balancing and ancillary services.

From 2012 – 2015 he established the support office of the Indo-German Energy Forum in India which is Germany’s political dialogue platform in the energy sector. The support office is jointly operated by GIZ, KfW and the Indian Bureau of Energy Efficiency.

From 2005 – 2012 he implemented numerous projects in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector under the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in India and other countries in Asia.

After joining GIZ in 2003 he was responsible for the thematic areas "Environmental Protection and Energy Management", "Management of Natural Resources and Poverty Reduction" and "Urban Development" at the China desk in GIZ’s headquarters.

Wypior graduated as an economist (Master’s degree equivalent) from Bonn University in 1997. Prior to joining GIZ he worked mainly in telecommunications and other infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South and Southeast Asia.

Before entering University Wypior joined the German industrial conglomerate Mannesmann AG as a trainee and worked thereafter as procurement and sales officer in the field of energy and environmental technology.







Nihar Raj

Nihar Raj is Business Head - Asia for Power Consulting, Power Grids. ABB Power Grids is a global leader in power technologies and aspires to be the partner of choice for enabling a stronger, smarter and greener grid.

Nihar has nearly two decades of experience in the power sector, which has been spent in various roles in ABB. In his current capacity he has achieved many firsts like the first 765kV digitalization project in India and first time onsite measurements of step and touch potentials in live 400kV switchyards. He has been responsible for implementation of new successful busines models to match the evolving power landscape and was the leading contributor to establishing the state of art technology and experience center ABB PowerTEC

Prior to his current role, he led the design and engineering team in India for Power Grids. Here he had the opportunity to execute several challenging large AIS, GIS, Mixed Technology Solutions, HVDC, and FACTS large projects – from the large hydro substation projects with typical technical challanges to one of the earliest IEC 61850 substations and involvement into formation of reliable solutions for distribution networks.

Nihar began his career in 2001 and has worked with teams across globe. He is an active member of CIGRE, a senior member IEEE, member of Technical Committee for formation of National Technical Manual on Substations, GIS and Earthing by CBIP, among many others. Besides several published papers in areas of Renewable Integration, Substation technologies, Power Quality, Asset mangement; he has been a notable speaker in platforms like CIGRE India, CBIP, IEEE International Conference and developed strategic partnerships with organizations such as Central Board of Irrigation and Power to shape the future engineers of India.

Nihar graduated in electrical engineering from MS University Vadodara, has yellow belt Six Sigma certification, and received the Power Engineering Service Award 2019 for excellent contribution in the field of Power Ssystem.







P R Kumar

Alumnus of VNIT Nagpur and FMS Delhi, P R Kumar is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., a joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. and the Government of Delhi, a company distributing power to over 17 lakh customers in East and Central Delhi. Kumar has rich experience of over three decades in the power sector, having worked in BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., Delhi Vidyut Board, UPSEB and NTPC. He has a unique experience of having worked in both power generation and power distribution. During his long inning, he acquired a broad spectrum of work experience in India and Africa in areas of Project planning & Management, Erection and Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance, Techno-Commercial Studies, Regulatory, Business Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Development, Consulting, Strategy, and General Management.

During his ongoing tenure as the CEO BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., Delhi since 2014, performance of the company improved on all parameters, be it technical and commercial loss of power, quality of power supply, customer satisfaction, employee engagement or financial performance. Under his leadership, the AT&C loss of the company reduced from 22% to 9% level, a laudable achievement. The company bagged over 50 prestigious National and International awards on diverse domains, which includes Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award 2019, First Prize by Ministry of Power on Energy Conservation (NECA) in ‘Discom' category, Excellence in Cost Management by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Asia Power Award and British Safety Council Award



P K Agarwal

Presentably, heading Market Operations as Director in the board of Power System Operation Corporation Ltd, India (POSOCO). A schedule-A company responsible for managing entire Indian Electricity Grid as an Independent System Operator (ISO). He is also Chief Information Security Officer of POSOCO.

A power system engineer having more than three decades of experience in nearly all aspects of power system like construction/maintenance of transmission lines, grid substation, HVDC systems commissioning and O&M.

Implemented India’s first integrated SCADA/EMS project and acquired expertise in areas like large SACDA system integration, up gradation with new technologies, applications of information technology in power system operation (larger grid operation) and cyber security of critical infrastructure i.e. SCADA and IT Systems of power sector.

Graduated in 1981 in electrical engineer from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

Introduced Synchrophasor Technology in India through pioneering efforts of implementing India’s first synchrophasors project in 2009. Experiences from this projected resulted implementation of many other projects and finally a large project with 1600 PMUs.

    Having expertise in developing systems and procedures and mapping the same to software systems in the area of power systems operations. Some of the implemented systems are:-
  • HVDC terminals weekly and yearly maintenance management and recording system.
  • Daily energy booking system from the data of last 24 hrs grid operation on UNIX system with multiple terminals
  • Converted manual process of ABT Account Administration to automated software system.
  • Implemented Open Access Management system as online submission and approval moving towards paperless system.
  • Presently working on enterprise wide implementation, hominization of various process and systems for POSOCO.
  • Developed IT and technology roadmap for POSOCO.
  • Actively involved in designing of world’s largest Wide Area Monitoring Scheme known as Unified Real Time Dynamic State Monitoring System.

Rahul Tongia

Rahul Tongia is a Fellow with Brookings India in New Delhi, where he leads the energy and sustainability group, and is the Founding Advisor of ISGF. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, where he joined the faculty in 1998, and was recently on the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council on Advanced Energy Technology.

A pioneer of Smart Grids in India and the US, in addition to helping establish ISGF, he also helped set up the Govt. of India’s Smart Grid Task Force (2010), where he was Technical Advisor. He was also a founding Technology Advisory Board member for Southern California Edison’s award winning $1.2B Smart Grid rollout (2005-2008). He works closely with policy-makers, utilities, and industry and has undertaken or led seminal research on a number of aspects of energy systems.

Dr. Tongia’s work spans the entire gamut of electricity and energy, with focuses on supply options including renewable energy, smart grids, and broader issues of reforms and regulations, including electricity pricing. His work is interdisciplinary, and he attempts to span the ecosystem of technology, policy, regulation, and innovation, bringing together big-picture issues with detailed design. He has broad technology-policy skills (covering techno-economic analysis, cost-benefit analysis, risk analysis, etc.), and he was the Vice-Chair of the UN ICT Task Force Working Group on Low-Cost Connectivity Access (2004-2006).

In addition to Chairing or Keynoting at numerous global events, as well as dozens of peer-reviewed publications in the domain, a few of his relevant books and book chapters include: Future of Coal in India (2019 anticipated); Blowing Hard or Shining Bright? Ravi Seethapathy

After a 35+ year career in Canadian Electric Utilities and Power Systems area, Ravi Seethapathy is now an Advisor to the Utility/Industry. He sits on the Boards of Smart Grid Canada, India Smart Grid Forum, and Biosirus Inc. His current international technical activities include (1) Cigre Convener WGC6.28-Remote Islanded Grids; (2) IEA PVPS Taskforce 14 – Large Scale Solar Integration; (3) IEC TC 120 – Energy Storage; (4) IEC SEG4-LVDC; and (5) India Smart Grid Forum- Chair WG5 (Renewables and Microgrids). He is an invited speaker in the international Smart Grid area having co-authored over 50 technical papers. He is also mentors/Chairs a small technology company Biosirus Inc. (engaged in Energy Efficiency, Pico/Nano/Microgrid and other select leading technologies globally). Retired in 2014 after 31 year career in a leading Utility in Canada where he managed leading portfolios in R&D, Innovation, Smart Grid Projects, Energy Storage, Renewable Energy Integration, and Asset Management. His Past Corporate Directorships include Toronto Atmospheric Fund, Ryerson University, TV Ontario, Scarborough Hospital, Nevaro Capital Corp, Engineers without Borders (Chair), Canadian Club of Toronto (President), Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (President).
He has received numerous honours and citations including Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012), Fellow Canadian Academy of Engineering (2012), Hydro One President’s Award (2008), Honour Roll of the Shastri Institute (2008), Honorary Fellow, Centennial College (2005), Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (1996) to name a few. His education includes a B. Tech (Hons) in Electrical Power from IIT, Kharagpur, India; an M. Eng. in Electrical Power from the University of Toronto; and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University. He together with my family has endowed an IEEE Award in "Rural Electrification Excellence".



Reena Suri

Reena Suri, Executive Director with India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) since 2013, brings over 19 years of experience in the Energy Sector. She is responsible for the research projects, advisory services, business development, training and capacity building programs, customer outreach activities, members relations and finances of ISGF. Reena has contributed to the various advisory services, whitepapers and research reports of ISGF such as: Implementation Plan for Electrification of Public Transportation in Kolkata City; Smart Grid Handbook for Regulators and other Stakeholder; Blockchain for Electric Utilities; Energy Storage Roadmap for India; Smart Grid Roadmap for Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd; Development of Roadmap for Implementation of Smart Grid – Concepts, Practices and Technologies in SAARC Region; Study on Infrastructure and Enabling Environment for Road Electric Transport in SAARC Member States; and World Bank EV Project: EV Ecosystem Support for Kolkata.

Reena is the founder-editor of the Smart Grid Bulletin published by ISGF since January 2014 which has online circulation of over 50,000 senior professionals in 100+ countries. As an outreach specialist, she has been involved in development of the Customer Outreach programs for the utilities implementing the Smart Grid projects in India. The outreach program helps the utilities to educate the project benefits to the customers well in advance of the start of project implementation. Reena is also responsible for designing and delivering training and capacity building programs on various domains of Smart Grids for Policy Makers, Regulators and Utility Officials. Reena is instrumental in making the India Smart Grid Knowledge Portal (www.indiasmartgrid.org), one of the most popular portals on smart grids globally.

Reena has worked with ISGF Board to conceive, design, develop and the successful delivery of ISGF’s Annual Event, India Smart Utility Week (ISUW, www.isuw.in) since 2015. She is the principal show director of ISUW which in a short span has grown to be the signature event on Smart Grids and Smart Cities around the world.

Prior to joining ISGF, Reena has worked with various International organisations such as Tetra Tech, Nexant Inc., PA Consulting and Academy for Educational Development (AED). She has worked on energy related projects funded by United States Agency for International Development such as Distribution Reform, Upgrades and Management (DRUM) Project, South Asia Regional Energy Initiative for Energy (SARI/E) and Small Grants Program. Under the DRUM Project, Reena worked with electricity distribution companies in India to help them upgrade their infrastructure to match international benchmarks. Reena has also helped in developing several modules on Smart Grid and been instrumental in conducting Train the Trainer workshops. She was involved in conducting a series of Smart Grid Maturity Model (SGMM) workshops for utilities in India. These workshops enabled her to study the position of Indian utilities on SGMM landscape and their aspirations for future. Reena assisted BESCOM in design of their IT Strategy and Roadmap and Pilot Architecture Design for a Smart Grid Pilot.





Reji Pillai

Reji is the President of India Smart Grid Forum (www.indiasmartgrid.org) since its inception in 2011 and is also the Chairman of Global Smart Grid Federation since November 2016. He is an internationally renowned expert with over three decades of experience in the electricity sector in diverse functions covering the entire value chain and across continents. He is spearheading a mission to leverage technology to transform the electric grid in India and light every home at affordable cost through sustainable developmental models. Reji played the pivotal role in formulation of the Smart Grid Vision and Roadmap for India (August 2013) and the launch of a National Smart Grid Mission (March 2015) by Government of India, issue of Model Smart Grid Regulations (June 2015) by Forum of Regulators; and issue of National Standards for Smart Meters (IS: 16444 -2015 and IS 15959 Part 2), Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (IS: 17017-2018) by Bureau of Indian Standards; and Energy Storage Roadmap for India (2019). He is presently advocating for a “Right to Electricity Act” that will ensure lifeline supply of electricity to all citizens in the country. His current areas of research and work include: Energy Storage Systems, Integration of Distributed Renewable Energy Resources and Electric Vehicles on the Low Voltage Distribution Grid, Smart Grids as Anchor Infrastructure for Smart Cities, Development of Smart City Maturity Model and Electric Vehicle Maturity Model, Grid Interactive Buildings and Campuses, Blockchain for Utilities; Future of Transportation; Policies and Business Models for Electric Vehicle Rollouts and Charging Infrastructure; and Interconnection of Regional Grids in Asia - ASEAN, SAARC and GCC grids.

In November 2016 Reji was unanimously elected as Chairman of Global Smart Grid Federation (GSGF), a global umbrella organization of smart grid associations from 16 countries and the European Union. As an entrepreneur, Reji has built successful enterprises in India and overseas and exited them. He has studied Engineering, Finance, Management and Law; worked with NTPC and IBM and has been senior consultant with ADB, World Bank and USAID. A recognized thought leader in smart grid technologies, concepts of smart cities and electric vehicles, Reji is a popular key-note speaker at international symposiums and conferences on smart grids, smart cities and e-Mobility. He has also contributed to several articles, books, research reports and white papers on variety of topics.



Sanjay Kumar Banga

Sanjay Kumar Banga is the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), a Public Private Partnership (JV) of TATA Power and Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. The company has a registered consumer base of 1.68 million and reaches out to 7 million consumers in North and North West part of Delhi through its services.

A power sector veteran with around three decades of experience in power generation and distribution business, Sanjay Kumar Banga brings with him an expertise in the power sector, covering areas of Operational Technologies, Project Management, Utility Business process Re-engineering and Regulatory Environment that are essential for strengthening of electrical utilities to meet reliability and AT&C loss reduction targets under regulatory regime. The learning he gathered through associations with leading public and private sector electrical utilities in India equips him very well to tackle the enormous challenges of the electricity distribution business in India and abroad. His deep knowledge of the subject makes him a regular speaker in seminars / workshops / panel discussions in India and abroad.

Sanjay Kumar Banga has been associated with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited since July 2003 and was part of the initial group which transformed the ailing distribution company into a benchmark utility. Banga firmly believes that the difference between a successful company and its competitors, lies in its ability to execute plans effectively, and that a leader should be involved in execution as much as he associates himself in strategy planning



Sanjeev Kumar

Shri. Sanjeev Kumar took over as Managing Director of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.(MSEDCL) on 21st Dec 2015.

Shri. Sanjeev Kumar holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from University of Roorkee (now known as IIT Roorkee) and M.Tech in Communication Engineering from IIT, Kanpur. He also holds a degree in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institution of Management Studies, Mumbai University.

Shri. Sanjeev Kumar is an IAS officer of Maharashtra Cadre, 1993 batch. He possesses wide experience of working in the field of infrastructure and Finance in Government of Maharashtra and in Government of India. Prior to current assignment, he has worked in Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation as Joint Secretary & Mission director for Housing for All project.He was mission director for Prime Minister AawasYojna (PMAY) and he designed and launched PMAY in that capacity. He worked as Director in Ministry of Power, Incharge of Rajiv Gandhi GraminVidyutikaranYojna (RGGVY) & Restructured Accelerated Power Development & Reform Program (RAPDRP). Shri Sanjeev Kumar has earlier served in various Ministries and departments of the Government of Maharashtra viz. State Sales Tax Department, Water Supply & Sanitation Department and Industries Department. He has served as Joint CEO of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). He has also has been MD of Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation. He also served as District Collector of Gondia and Jalgaon District in Maharashtra and Divisional Commissioner of Nagpur Division in Vidharbha Region of Maharashtra.







Sushil Kumar Srivastava

A career spanning 27 years, Mr. Sushil Kumar Srivastava is presently heading the Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Learning and Development functions in Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited. He is also looking after the Administration, health, sports and welfare functions. He has been instrumental i n successfully taking TPDDL through the challenging phase of transformational changes by enhancing employee engagement, robust performance management system, talent management and seamless communication between the management and the grass root employees. Today HR is an important strategic business partner and TPDDL has been ranked 4 th amongst the ‘Best Places to Work For 2019 and amongst the top 75 ‘Best Workplaces for Women in India’ by the prestigious Great Place to Work Institute from over 500 reputed large industrial organizations across India. TPDDL has also been recipient of prestigious JRD – QV Award by TBexG and has also emerged ‘Winners’ of the prestigious BML Munjal Awards 2019 for driving Business Excellence through Learning & Development initiatives

Prior to joining TPDDL, Mr. Srivastava held experience of working in varied industries including mines & metals and chemicals & fertilizers

Mr. Srivastava is an alumnus of MBA Program of Lucknow University and Labour Laws & Social Welfare Program of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata. Mr. Srivastava has also been a certified Senior Business Leader in the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM). He has also been actively associated with National Instituted of Personnel Management (NIPM) for several years.
